Pricing for the group trip will be as follows for those registering by Monday, April 21st, 2003
for the June 5th-June 22nd UNT Group Trip:

$740  (Regular price for this trip would be $862) Includes many extras: Roundtrip airport pick-up, registration, tuition for group classes for two weeks, welcome fiesta, two Sunday excursions (transportation and guide), weekday extra activities, family homestay with double occupancy room/bath and two meals, and materials. Accommodation choices include different room/bath and meals options which will affect final pricing. Private classes or combination group/private class options may also affect pricing. This price DOES NOT include airfare. AVENTURAS: E.T.A. is the Global Representative of EXPERIENCIA and not a travel agent.

$765 Pricing for this trip for those registering after April 21st, 2003. Students may also register for other study periods through AVENTURAS. Pricing will be arranged separately for those registering for other periods.

A deposit of $100 will be required at the time of registration. All additional fees will be paid upon arrival in Cuernavaca, Mexico.

Extra weeks may be added. Students may also sign up for one week. Students will need to arrange their own air flights into Mexico City. A specific time will be arranged for those with airport pick-up near mid-day.

Regular pricing for a student signing up individually for this program would normally be $862 and would not include the weekday extras and the welcome fiesta.

Group Programs and Other Special Programs

We will arrange group studies for your group and offer incentives to those bringing a group with them just as we have for students at the University of North Texas.

A special program can be offered to those with a specific learning objective, e.g. for business executives, teachers and educators , social workers, mental health workers, flight attendants, medical staff or technicians, students of art, art history, Spanish, anthropolgy, archeology, etc. An extra fee may be required.

We can arrange volunteer internship experiences working in a hospital, family clinic children's clinic, or other locations to suit your needs.  There is no charge to arrange a volunteer placement.
